Our service area is defined by one constraint: we have to be able to support the systems we build. Every installation comes with a 10-year speaker warranty, 4-year electronics warranty, 2-year installation warranty with unlimited service calls, and ongoing calibration support. If we can't get to your home in a reasonable amount of time for a service issue, we can't honor that commitment.
Practically, that means a roughly 60-mile radius from our Scottsdale office. Phoenix metro (Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Arcadia, Biltmore, Fountain Hills, etc.) sits within 30 minutes. Sedona, Prescott, and Flagstaff are 1.5 to 2.5 hours by road — longer trips, but established service-area markets where we’ve done significant work for years and where the project value justifies the drive time.
We routinely decline projects in West Valley cities (Peoria, Surprise, Goodyear, Avondale, Buckeye), the far East Valley (Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler), Tucson, and anywhere out of state — not because we couldn’t do the work but because we couldn’t service it properly afterward. We’d rather decline than overpromise.
If you’re unsure whether your address fits our service economics, call — we’ll give you a straight answer.
Call us anyway. If you’re in or near our broader service zone, we’ll have an honest conversation about whether the project fits.
Call (928) 440-1950We serve Phoenix metro (including Arcadia, Biltmore Estates, Camelback Corridor, North Phoenix, Moon Valley, Fountain Hills, Carefree, Cave Creek, and Anthem), Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Sedona and the Verde Valley, the Prescott area (including Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, Dewey-Humboldt), and Flagstaff. Our Scottsdale office at 5635 N Scottsdale Rd serves as the hub for Phoenix-metro work; we travel for our Sedona, Prescott, and Flagstaff projects.
No — we limit our service area based on what we can support after installation. West Valley cities (Peoria, Surprise, Goodyear, Buckeye, Avondale) are 3+ hours round-trip from our Scottsdale office, which makes warranty service calls and follow-up calibration impractical. We’d rather decline a project than overpromise on service economics.
Generally no, with rare exceptions. East Valley cities beyond a quick Scottsdale-adjacent radius (Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler) are too far for the kind of long-term service relationship we maintain with clients. We will occasionally consider an East Valley project but only after a full conversation about service expectations. Default answer is no.
No. Tucson is a 2-hour drive each way, and the southern Arizona markets are simply too far from our Scottsdale office for the long-term warranty service we provide. We’ll recommend southern Arizona installers if you reach out — but we don’t take projects there ourselves.
Call us. We list our most active neighborhoods because that’s where most of our work happens, but the actual service-area boundary is roughly a 60-mile radius from our Scottsdale office. If you’re in or near Phoenix metro, the Verde Valley, the Prescott area, or Flagstaff and northern Arizona, we’ll have an honest conversation about whether the project fits.
Free phone consultation. We’ll walk through your project, your timeline, and whether we’re the right fit for your specific market.
