All custom speakers built by Mike Knows Audio Video are covered for 10 years from installation date. This isn't a limited warranty with fine print — this is comprehensive coverage on the speakers we handcraft in our Arizona workshop.
Your two-year installation warranty covers unlimited service calls with no trip fees to any of our service areas (Sedona, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Prescott). This includes technical issues, system troubleshooting, recalibration requests, and user training.

Many companies make more money from post-installation service calls than from the original installation. They offer minimal training, provide limited documentation, and charge $200-300 every time you need help.
We built our business model differently. We take on maximum 15 clients per year at premium pricing, which means we don't need to nickel-and-dime you on service calls. We'd rather have you as a satisfied long-term client who refers friends.

We maintain complete client documentation indefinitely. If you need service years later, we have your original measurements and settings on file.
We only service and support home theater systems we designed and installed. This isn't because we're being difficult — it's because we can't provide the level of service our clients expect if we're working on systems we don't intimately understand.
Drivers, cabinet construction, internal wiring, proprietary amplifiers (powered models), DSP electronics, and acoustic damping materials. If any component fails due to manufacturing defect or material failure, we repair or replace at no cost. We maintain replacement parts specifically for warranty service.
Physical damage, water damage, third-party modifications, damage from power surges or faulty building wiring, and normal cosmetic wear.
The 10-year speaker warranty continues in full effect. Service is available at standard rates: $100–$150 trip fee depending on location, $125/hour with 1-hour minimum. Remote support is always free.
The 10-year speaker warranty transfers with the speakers to your new location. We can recalibrate for the new space at standard service rates if within our service area. Special rates may apply for moves outside our territory.
Yes. The full amount you paid for existing WubWub Audio speakers is credited toward upgraded WubWub speakers. Minimum upgrade investment: $3,000. This allows you to evolve your system as your needs or space changes without losing your original investment.
No. Components either fail early (covered by our 10-year warranty) or last decades. We haven't found extended coverage necessary.
No. We specialize in custom speaker design, fabrication, and home theater system installation. We're audio engineers, not general contractors.
